The quarterly meetings of the Virginia Board of Historic Resources and the State Review Board were held at 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 21, 2024, in the Halsey Family Lecture Hall at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture located at 428 N. Arthur Ashe Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23220.
