The Abram & Sallie Printz Farm, also known as Mountainview, is a well-preserved farmstead of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Established in the 1870s by Abram Printz, a carpenter and planing mill owner, the farm lies at the foot of Stony Man Mountain in central Page County. The relatively plain two-story frame farmhouse is distinguished by mantels, doors, and stair details of vernacular Greek Revival and Victorian character. Surrounding the house on the Abram & Sallie Printz Farm are domestic and agricultural outbuildings that mostly date from the early 20th century. These include a bank barn with mortise-and-tenon frame construction, a meat house with an overhanging front gable, and a washhouse conveniently sited beside a creek.
